Responsibilities:

• Operate the following equipment: Scissors lift and bucket lift, pressure washers, forklift, and skid steer with attachments
• Perform minor repairs on compactors
• Respond to tenant and common area work orders
• Complete necessary in-house painting projects
• Install all necessary signage on the property
• Troubleshoot HVAC concerns
• Be able to identify roof leaks
• Keep maintenance shop clean and organized
• Participate in setup and be involved with execution of special events.
• Be watchful for security related issues and conduct detrimental to the success of the property

Qualifications:

• Must have good hand skills
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and team oriented
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Must be flexible with work schedule
• Must have good communication skills and follow through
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to use power tools
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Dress Code:

Stark Enterprises Properties shirts will be provided to you by management to wear with jeans, khakis, or shorts, excluding cut offs. No sleeveless shirts. No shirts or hats expressing anything other than Stark Enterprises Properties. Appropriate footwear for task at hand, including steel toed shoes or boots if required. Open foot ware of any type i.e. sandals, flipflops, etc. are not permitted.
