The position involves the planning of ew development projects, from civil engineering erspective, to ensure they are completed i timely fashion nd within budget while keeping company executives informed at all times. Thi position manages the development process, with focus on civil engineering, from tart to finish

Job responsibilities:

· Pl nd coordinate project development activities relting to assigned projects

· Create and manage project plan schedules for production-submission-approvals

· nalyze and resolve project iues i timely and accurate manner

· reliminary ite, civil nd ifrastructure analysis including preliminary cut nd fill take off exercises, grading & drainage analysis

· reliminary ite design to understand density options nd comply with zoning restrictions

· Collaborate with roject Management to obtain project proposals and develop project plans, schedules and budgets

· Read, iterpret and convey building codes, zoning nd ordinances

· Represent the company at municipal meetings

· Collaborate with internal lanning & Design team

· Coordinate due diligence work with third party vendors, i.e., ordering lta/Geo/Phase1 etc.

· Coordinate civil, traffic engineers, environmental consultants, landscape design nd ite lighting

· Coordinate lans between design team(s) and municipal authorities nd clients

· Competently read nd understand civil engineering drawings and problem olve for any obstacles

· Manage contracts and ids with vendors and uppliers

· uild take-off budgets and proformas for various types of projects

· rovide updates to project schedules as needed to keep the project on schedule

· Effectively communicate and convey with leadership o project updates, potential risks, technical challenges and recommend appropriate mitigation lans

Education & Experience:

· i Civil Engineering

· Eperience with the ground up development and horizontal design management preferred.

· Knowledge of basic uilding design and systems.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)

· Demonstrated experience i reading construction documents and pecification manuals.

· Minimum 5 years Civil Engineering, project planning, oversight, and delivery experience.

· Collaboration: Develops, maintain, and trengthens collaborative relationships inside and outside the organization.

· Communication: Listens ctively and expresses elf clearly i conversations and interactions with others; expresses elf clearly i buiness writing to effectively reach the audience.
