FOH Restaurant Supervisor - Madison, WI
What You’ll Do
-
Oversee daily FOH operations in the restaurant, bar, and event spaces

Support the team with training, scheduling, and coaching
-
Check in with guests, resolve concerns, and keep service flowing
-
Assist with ordering, inventory, and managing stock levels
-
Partner with managers on menus, specials, and creative ways to drive sales
-
Ensure compliance with Serve Safe, TIPS, and health and safety standards
-
Jump in on events to help with setup, service, and breakdown
-
Lead by example with Spare Time’s Code S.E.R.V.E. service standards
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years in food service or hospitality
-
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or shift lead role
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile
-
Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling
-
Current SERV Safe certification (or ability to obtain)
-
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
