Description
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Registered Nurse Behavioral Health is responsible for the delivery of appropriate, timely and beneficial care for customer-owners which promotes quality and health care outcomes working within established standards for behavioral health practice. This position provides nursing services to assist in accomplishing the customer-owner’s plan of care and applies use of consistent and independent nursing knowledge and processes to provide therapeutic and efficient care for customer-owners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Associate degree or higher level educational program in health and human services.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, and PALS as required for specialty
- One (1) year nursing experience or successful completion of RN Case Manager Training Program SCF.

Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, requires that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19 vaccination is required.
