Description

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Grants Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the submission of and maintains records of all grant related documents and acts as central point of contact regarding grants for SCF.

This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a field including Business or Public Health Administration, Health Administration, a social science; OR equivalent education and experience.
  2. Two (2) years of Grants Administration experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Program Coordinator II at SCF.

Additional Qualifications for Grants Coordinator II: Meets all requirements of a Grants Coordinator I in addition to the following:

  1. One (1) year of documented progressive experience in Grants Administration; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Grants Coordinator I at SCF.

Native Preference: 

Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training.  SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.
