Sono Bello is seeking a Marketing Manager, CRO & Website Experience to join our collaborative Marketing team. This role plays a pivotal part in the effectiveness of our overall brand and lead generation efforts. The CRO Manager will create and execute a CRO testing strategy to improve website and landing page conversion rates.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead CRO efforts to optimize landing pages, user funnels and website experience to maximize conversation rates and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Be an advocate for creating and optimizing the website and landing pages (on both desktop and mobile) to best meet visitors’ needs per page.
  • Use data and other insights to develop the web page optimization roadmap, execute on this roadmap, and track the performance of initiatives.
  • Partner with the internal creative team and agencies to create new module tests, launch and share learnings weekly. Comfort with hands-on module-based design required.
  • Set goals and KPIs for conversion rate optimization that help meet broader marketing team goals and initiatives on a per-channel partnership basis.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Marketing Team, including content, creative, SEO and media, to identify new landing page opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing insights, analytics, and research teams to build a deeper understanding of visitor behavior on our website.

Education And Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in CRO, Website Management, customer acquisition, and offer driving.
  • 3+ years’ experience with digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • 3+ years’ experience with direct-to-consumer conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience optimizing UX for paid media initiatives including Meta, Google, YouTube and Earned
  • Experience customizing and optimizing CRO on both mobile and desktop experiences.
  • Experience creating and running consistent marketing programs that can be altered and rolled out per experience
  • Familiarity with Unbounce, CrazyEgg, Wordpress, HubSpot, or similar tools are a plus.
  • Expert collaborator and leader who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated ability to model Company values.

  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Work Environment 
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate as compared to a private office with light traffic and computer printers. Hybrid work of 2-3 days in-office located in Kirkland, WA.

Compensation:
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $67,000 - $83,000, depending on experience.
