Delta Apparel Inc is seeking an Inventory & Account Manager to join our growing team in our Concord, NC, location. The Inventory & Account Manager will be responsible for all customer contact supporting Key Account Directors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review unallocated inventory files by customer
- Work with sales, product development and operations to determine inventory status
- Execute and track inventory downgrade requests
- Work with the factory on month overrun reports
- Manage overall aged inventory performance and reporting
- Daily customer communication and issue resolution
- Work in concert with Account specific Operations Coordinators to insure all customer information is being updated / processed accurately and per customer guidelines
- Follow up with Key Account directors on all outstanding issues
- Review customer Open order Status reports and communicate to customers
- Review customer Inventory reports and communicate to customers
- Validate customer buy plans/forecasts and communicate with operations/planning
- Work with Operations Coordinator to ensure OR and IR inventory is being presented to customer
- Perform other duties as directed by President of Sales

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Pivot tables, V-Look ups, data manipulation
