Responsibilities for this position include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies that align with the overall company objectives and target market.

• Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and advertising.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

• Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to optimize ROI.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales teams, channel partners, and industry influencers, to support business growth and customer acquisition.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience: 10 years
Basic Functional Experience: 10 years
