The Operations Manager will be in charge at the residential dining hall at St Mary’s College. We are obsessed with local products, scratch cooking, great food and being best in class. We seek a strong hospitality leader with a proven commitment to innovation, teamwork, and collaboration to help us achieve our vision.

We are looking for candidates who will manage:

  • frontline staff
  • department HACCP and safety programs
  • frontline training programs
  • opening and closing the operation
  • daily operation standards
  • student engagement

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • successful customer service skills
  • flexibility in scheduling: shift could be weekdays, nights and weekends

What We Offer

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
