Sodexo is currently seekingChef Manager for the Mack Boulevard Building in Allentown, PA. The Mack Boulevard building is home to administrative offices for several departments of Lehigh Valley Health Network. Allentown is the fastest growing major city in Pennsylvania and just a short drive away from the "City of Brotherly Love", Philadelphia, PA.

The Chef Manager will support a team of frontline culinary associates and be responsible for all back of the house operations in retail and catering.

• have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
• has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
• has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
• can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
• can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables. May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.
