Job Description
Manage and maintain a collection of shoes. Support the Shoes Coordinators by creating a more organized shoe library where shoes can easily be sourced and stored throughout the development, sales, and IRA processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
- Organize shoes in library facility
- Catalog shoes in library for easy reference
- Develop a system for tracking the location and availability of shoes
- Manage and maintain the physical storage area for the collection, including cleaning and organizing the space
- Assist with requests to borrow, view, and store shoes
- Logistics and managing shoe organization
- Lead implementing an RDIF/ QR Code for each shoe for tracking
- Responding to employees’ inquiries locating/tracking shoes
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Developing processes that makes the organization more efficient and cleaner
- Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily logistics activities
- Collaborate and communicates with shoe coordinators and product managers
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shoes
- Order, track, and report inventory.
- Manage in house inventory
- Successfully conducts and completes training of newly managing shoes
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
- Keep logs and records or shoe stocks, etc
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Other projects and duties as assigned
