Job Description

JOB PURPOSE-

As Operations Assistant, you will support the Operations Director by working closely with all departments of the Apparel team to solve challenges while looking for ways to add efficiency to processes or implement new ones. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

  • Support the building and maintaining of Apparel SOPs - Monitor system data and integrity for standardization.
  • Oversee onboarding tracker and schedule SOP reviews as needed.
  • Understand pain points and assist with implementing procedures and SOP’s.
  • Review cheat sheets, templates & manuals.
  • Update communication of External Add/Drop/Changes.
  • Responsible for the sample tracker.

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical/Problem Solver.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and a self-starter.
  • Strong communication skills - verbally and written.
  • High attention to detail and excellent follow through.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), PLM (Product Life Management) system.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the Apparel Industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Pay range for this position is $33-$36/hr
