Role Description:
Sentar is seeking a SR Project Manager to support a government client. The purpose of this work is to provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) IT security assessment and IT security audit functions to ensure Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliance, SME support in developing and maintaining documentation in support of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) as required by FISMA; ensuring all A&A system security documentation is kept up to date; and ensuring systems meet all security requirements mandated by DHS 4300A and DHS Management Directives, and as directed by the CISA Information Security
Requirements:
Clearance: Secret with public Trust Suitability
Education: Masters’ degree plus 10 years’ experience OR Bachelor of Science (BS) plus 15 years’ experience
Experience:
- 2 years of FISMA experience
- Organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Managing teams of information security personnel at multiple locations.
- Meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
- Ensuring conformance with program task schedules and costs.
- Establishing and maintaining technical and financial reports to show progress of projects.
- Organizing and delegating responsibilities to subordinates and overseeing the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
- Demonstrated expertise in SELC, Information Security processes, and IT security development projects.
- Knowledge of security code review processes and best practices, Enterprise Architecture
