Job Description

• Oversee subcontracted activity; ensure timely and quality delivery

• Act as the primary customer contact daily

• Responsible for scheduling, productivity, and quality

• Manage workload/capacity and set priorities

• Lead training and qualification follow-ups

• Generate monthly reports based on customer needs

• Coordinate task handovers among supervisors

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coordination skills

• Lean and team management experience

• Proficient in Alstom processes, procedures, and tools/software
