Job Description

Duties include providing daily ADL care and light housekeeping for individuals with developmental disabilities.  Escorting the individuals to their appointments. Performing daily task such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Documenting daily logs after task completed for the day. Other assigned duties.

Qualifications

1 year experience working in a home or health care environment.  Experience working with special needs population (intellectual/development disabilities) is preferred.  Must be willing to drive. (must be 21 or older in order to drive)

High School Diploma or GED is preferred

Basic Job Requirements Applicants must submit to a criminal background check before a an offer is extended (Employer Paid).

Other basic job requirements are as follows:

• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check 
• Tuberculosis Screening Test Results
• Physical
• CPR/First-Aid
• 1 year experience with developmentally disabled
• . Recent 7 year Motor Vehicle Report copy if  hired
