 Part-time positions are available! Starting at $12.00 per hour!

7am-7pm Every other Saturday and Sunday (1)

7pm-7am Every other Saturday and Sunday (2)

12a-8am Every other Saturday and Sunday (2)

The Personal Support Aide will assist 3 individuals with daily living activities with LPN assistant at a residential care facility. Duties performed may include and are not limited to the following:

• Administer personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands.
• Care for individuals by providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles.
• Transport individuals to locations outside the home, such as to physicians' offices or on outings, using a company motor vehicle.
• Plan, shop for, or prepare nutritious meals 
• Attend training as required 

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate

• Current CPR Certificate is recommended

• Possess caring and understanding attitude toward individuals, who are elderly, disabled or frail
• Be flexible and tolerant of varied lifestyles
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) 
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with clients. 
• One year experience providing support services in a similar environment (preferred)
• Be able to work under supervision and within the guidelines of a care plan
• Be in good health
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver’s license
