THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
Electronic Security Solutions, a Division of Sciens Building Solutions, is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator, who will be responsible for providing support for all construction project functions as deemed necessary by sales and construction managers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Completion of registration and pre-qualification with school districts and other public entities.
- Preparation of bid documents, ordering of bonds, etc.
- Creation and tracking of project submittal packages.
- Preparation of project documents for field staff.
- Preparation of project closeout documents.
- Coordinating and supporting sales and field teams on projects.
- Completing various administrative tasks as needed.
WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of construction administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
- Excellent customer service and follow up skills.
- Ability to escalate difficult inquiries or problems to managers.
- Strong communication and reading skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to complete projects independently.
- Reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance.
