We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to support our Federal customer out of Chantilly, VA. The Senior Java Developer position requires 8 years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems. At least 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years using Java software, and Angular 2+.

**This position requires an Active Top Secret Clearance

**Hybrid Work Model**

Responsibilities:
  • Typical tasks for this position include: Troubleshoot workflow items - correcting missing actions, skipped steps, rollback steps, web service problems, AD connections, etc.
  • Develop and test source code to address new requirements
  • Produce and deploy new builds (AWS to classified networks)
  • Monitor daily system operations to ensure system health
  • Troubleshoot database problems - write queries and scripts as needed to diagnose and repair
  • Write adhoc queries for a variety of data calls
  • Support system initiatives - SSO, Web Service changes, JBoss upgrades, system library update
Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain an SCI
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 8 years experience with at least 4 years using Java and Angular 2+
