Responsibilities:

  • Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Assuming excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
  • Assess treatment planning options and discuss with patients.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff.
  • Carry out agreed clinical treatments.
  • Complete comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
  • Educate patients on oral health.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing professional developments.
  • Maintain patients' medical records.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
  • MCD positions require prior experience and proficiency in clinical work and team management.
  • These positions are all owned by an exceptional practice owner who oversees multiple DSO's offices.
  • The practice owner is known for being a skilled clinician and effective leader.
Compensation $275k to $350k
