Responsibilities:
- Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
- Assuming excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
- Assess treatment planning options and discuss with patients.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff.
- Carry out agreed clinical treatments.
- Complete comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Educate patients on oral health.
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing professional developments.
- Maintain patients' medical records.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
- MCD positions require prior experience and proficiency in clinical work and team management.
- These positions are all owned by an exceptional practice owner who oversees multiple DSO's offices.
- The practice owner is known for being a skilled clinician and effective leader.
Compensation $275k to $350k
