We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join RJW as a Recruiter. This position is a Full- Time position (not a contract) and will be given the option to work 100% remote after initial onboarding. This individual will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to ensure a continuing supply of qualified applicants.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting practices for position(s).
- Draft recruitment advertisements; post and/or place ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process such as start dates and other pertinent details.
- Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers by assessing staffing request needs, providing timely feedback, and ensuring all hiring managers follow the proper protocol needed for hiring qualified candidates.
- Screen and interview applicants.
- Coordinate appropriate employment testing.
- Extend verbal and written contingent job offers.
- Coordinate background checks and new-hire drug testing.
- Complete weekly report on employment activity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent years’ experience in recruiting
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruiting position (in Logistics a plus)
- Human Resource experience a plus
- Experience with ATS systems and solid knowledge of technology (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in social media recruitment
