Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 annually + MyShare equity program
The Warehouse Operations Analyst bridges the gap between the Warehouse IT Systems Team and the Warehouse Operations Team, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of the WMS. This role involves actively engaging with warehouse staff to identify improvement opportunities, provide insight on best practices, and escalate system issues when applicable. This position will be part of the Business Solutions team and reports to the Director, Warehouse Business Systems. The ideal candidate is a high character IT/Business professional with strong communication, analytical, project and vendor management skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing in-person requirement gathering sessions to obtain information from the warehouse operations staff at each of RJW’s Retail Fulfillment Facilities to evaluate business processes and uncover areas for improvement.
- Conducting meetings to present findings from observations and meetings with the warehouse operations to expose inconsistency or areas for improvement.
- Documenting all business processes and changes to business processes
- Converting business requirements into functional requirements
- Handle tasks on time and to completion from the other Business Analysts
- Developing customized business strategies that are aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
- Assisting in discovery meetings for IT projects to understand business use cases and requirements.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Assist in solution trainings, launches, and post-launch support
- Perform basic data analysis where applicable and necessary.

- Help identify alternate solutions, perform cost benefit analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Help identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and tactics.
- Help evaluate, suggest, select, and implement most cost-effective solution to meet our need.
- Provide input on project schedule and accurate estimation of project deliverables.
- Experience System testing data integrations, solutions and feature enhancements and able to coordinate/simulate user acceptance testing.
- Bi-lingual in both English and Spanish.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field required
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Visio is preferred.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle is a plus.
- Experience in Warehousing or Logistics is preferred.
- Experience with Synapse or similar WMS software is preferred.
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud.
