Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school program of Occupational Therapy- new grads are welcomed to apply!
• Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas

Job Duties:

• Evaluates results of occupational therapy by observing, noting, assessing patient’s progress, and implementing adjustments
• Educate and train families about various OT techniques and strategies
• Treat patients by using therapeutic and self-care activities designed to improve function
• Monitor patient's activities to make sure they are performing them correctly and offer encouragement
• Collaborate with the MedCare team to ensure quality care
