Responsibilities:

• Observe patients and conduct behavior assessments
• Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
• Develop individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors
• Monitor and evaluate client’s progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with the MedCare/Rise team to ensure quality care
• Train and supervise BT/RBTs

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related discipline
• Current Texas license as LBA
• Currently certified by the BACB as a BCBA
• Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA preferred - new grads are welcomed to apply!

Experience in pediatrics and bilingual are a plus but NOT necessarily required. Are you a team player who is ready to make a difference? If so, you might just be perfect for this BCBA position!
