Account Manager

Location: Atlanta or NYC

Hybrid: 3 days in-office per week

The role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will help lead some of our most high-profile client relationships, spanning integrated campaigns, sponsorship activations, large-scale hospitality programs, and brand marketing initiatives. From consumer-facing promotions and content development to executive-level events and creative strategy, this position offers exposure to a wide variety of deliverables across strategy, creative, production, and events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, enjoys navigating complex stakeholder structures, and wants to build a strong foundation in account management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned projects as part of a larger account team by managing timelines, deliverables, and client communications with confidence.
  • Own meeting logistics and documentation, ensuring materials are prepared, sessions run smoothly, and follow-ups are clearly communicated.
  • Manage the day-to-day details of client projects, proactively keeping internal teams and clients aligned on progress, deliverables, and key next steps.
  • Track hours, budgets, and scopes; ensure accurate reporting, billing, and reconciliation.
  • Partner with strategy, creative, and production teams to develop client-ready presentations and materials.
  • Maintain well-organized records and archives for all projects.
  • Build a strong understanding of client business, objectives, KPIs, category, and competitive landscape.
  • Facilitate client reviews and approvals, documenting feedback and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with partner agencies to keep production schedules and changes on track.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of account management or marketing experience in an agency or client-side environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team setting while confidently managing day-to-day client communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working across multiple workstreams with tight timelines.
  • Experience in financial services and integrated campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience navigating and working with multiple groups within a large-scale organization is a plus.
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working hard, staying curious, and building strong client relationships.
