Join our client's mission-driven team as an RN - Clinic Supervisor for the PACE Program in downtown Los Angeles. The RN-Clinic Supervisor will lead all clinic operations within the Primary Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults, experience in a PACE model, and managing clinic operations.
- Full Time Permanent Position
- Monday-Friday, 40 Hours a Week
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities
- Lead all Clinic Operations within the Primary Clinic
- Implement and maintain clinical policies and procedures
- Hire and retain clinic staff, coaching and mentoring staff
- Partner with the Center Manager and Medical Director
- Collaborate with the Quality Coordinator to support audits and compliance
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the clinic
- Order and maintain clinic supplies and equipment
- Vendor Management and maintain relationships with external vendor representatives
- Develop and iterate upon processes for the clinic
- Conduct initial and ongoing training for clinic staff
- Assist in clinical duties and support clinic staff as needed
- Participate in on-call admin rotation after hours
Requirements
- Unrestricted California Registered Nursing license
- Graduate of accredited RN program; BSN strongly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish
- CPR and First Aid certification (within 60 days of employment)
- Clinical operations management and PACE Model experience
- 2 years working with geriatric patients.
- Passion and mission orientation for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults
