- Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish: $1.00 per hour
- Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language: $1.00 per hour
- Bimodal Multilingualism - ASL Sign Language: $2.00 per hour
Overview:
Performs a wide range of responsibilities and roles for various program(s) and department(s) within a facility. Provides essential support for the smooth functioning of the organization by handling administrative tasks and managing communication efforts. Requires an ability to be proactive and function independently, use advanced problem-solving skills, coordinate between multiple entities, and create documents. Will also coordinate and assist with program components under the direction of the manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall functioning of Orchard building including front office area.
- Answers phones & transfers calls to appropriate staff, emails voice messages to staff as needed.
- Manage all facility & office supply tickets, & subscription management.
- Content creation & Management; develop, edit and revise content for various social media platforms, and promotional materials using Canva and other related programs.
- Oversee inventory management of marketing materials such as swag for outreach events.
- Assist in planning and promoting events, ensuring effective communication and engagement with members of the community.
- Manage Communications ticket and ensure content is created timely.
- Assist with internal communications such as catch of the month, & town hall content creation.
- Manage, organize tracking and purchasing office supplies for varies sites throughout the agency.
- Monitor your Outlook 365, read and respond to agency emails in a timely manner.
- Avanti market weekly coordination- troubleshoot issues with equipment, issue cards, ensure there are no issues with theft, etc.
- Inter-office mailbox maintenance - ensure mail is being picked up, staff names & programs are updated.
- Assist with inter-office moves as needed staff, updates & create staff name plates.
- Submits maintenance requests for staff for Orchard as needed.
- May assist other departments as needed such as copying, filing, or other errands.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience with Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services and medical billing software.
Conditions of Employment:
- May work across all agency programs as needed.
- Occasional flexible work schedule required to meet individual client needs.
- Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean DMV printout (no more than 3 points).
- Must pass a clear background check with DOJ, CACI, FBI, CCL.
- CPR and First Aid Certified.
- TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.
Training Provided:
- Comprehensive onboarding including CPR/First Aid, Crisis Communication/Pro-ACT, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Collaborative Problem Solving.
