Pay: $28.85 - $36.00 per hour depending on experience.
Shift Premium: $2.50 an hour for any hours worked between 7pm to 7am.
Schedule: Night shift 5:00pm-5:00am on a 3/2 schedule, after training is complete.
Read electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic schematics and identify operation of system
Read and Understand PLC Ladder Logic
Understand and apply National Electrical Code to projects and installations.
Install, operate and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and systems
Inspect and test electronic equipment using multi-meters, ammeters
Troubleshoot 24V analog and digital circuitry, electric motors and identify failures in the plant
Set up and troubleshoot VFDs
Install, Program and Troubleshoot and Repair Heating/Cooling Controllers, AC/DC motor drives, PLC systems, and production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical systems and identify and repair mechanical malfunctions
Recommend changes in circuitry or installation specifications to simplify assembly & maintenance
Monitor installed equipment to identify potential failures
AAS degree in Electrical Technology or related field, or a minimum of five (5) years Electronic Technician experience with a solid understanding of electrical trouble shooting and machine function.
Able to effectively redirect efforts on short notice
Proficient computer skills
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Strong Troubleshooting Skills
Understand Three Phase Electrical systems up to 480V
Understand PLC and AC/DC Drive Software
Arc Flash Codes and Requirements
Experience in Control and PID Loops
Cross-functional team player
