Responsibilities
The Employee Engagement Liaison is responsible for the implementation and oversight of all employee engagement activities to include but not limited to, New Hire Orientation, Service Awards, Hospital Week Employee of the Year/Month, and all other programs designed to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. The Employee Engagement Liaison serves as the point of contact for HR related retention/experience inquires, developing employee satisfaction and turnover metrics, surveys, suggestions, dashboards, etc. This position requires independent thinking and ability to make good judgement decisions while also, working in collaboration with Administration and Leaders to continuously evaluate and improve Employee Satisfaction programs.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Heavy engagement with employees through rounding and events.
- Public speaking through special events, such as employee town hall meetings and other engagements.
- Lead committees and other collaborative work groups.
- Organize, plan and lead large events.
- Lead employee engagement surveys, stay surveys and exit surveys, creating follow up action plans.
- Point of contact for all new hires and performs new hire orientation.
- Other HR duties as needed.
- Flexible schedule for early morning and late evening events when necessary.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or GED.2. Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of related experience preferred.3. Strong interpersonal communication skills required4. Previous Human Resources experience is required.5. Microsoft computer skills required6. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
