Responsibilities
The Director of Medical Group for SRMG provides clinical, financial and administrative functions. Accountabilities include determining patient and community need, program planning, financial resource management and implementing strategy and quality improvement. Provides oversight and supervision of facilities and staff. Works with team members; Medical Director, Office Supervisor. Maintains compliance in all areas to satisfy all Federal, State, Joint Commission and Hospital Regulations. Provides direction and leadership that exemplifies the mission and philosophy of Saint Mary's
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. At least 3 years progressive management experience in an acute/urgent primary care setting.
2. Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience.
3. Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
4. Ability to communication at a professional level in English both verbally and in writing.
5. Ability to manage and direct staff.
6. Sexual Harassment training within 90 days of hire and annually thereafter.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $85,280.00 to $114,774.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
