Responsibilities
Under the Director of Shared Service, this position completes and analyzes financial and statistical reporting and provide quantitative and analytical support to the Shared Service team. This position assists with Supplies, Case Margins, Rebates and Implant analysis. Leads multiple concurrent projects in Supplies, Purchase Services and Capital, as well as provides data strategic initiatives for facility operations using statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and process improvements. Reports to the Shared Services Team to provide analytical support for a wide variety of business needs to improve operational workflows. Engages with hospital purchasing staff at all facilities and warehouses regarding products and pricing. Works with leaders to design all policies and procedures done at the facility level and optimizes supplies and purchase service vendors. Financial Analyst will also monitor compliance and ensure the proper and efficient use of Corporate, GPO, and local Agreements. Provide GPO analysis to Executive Vice President analysis on spend to determine appropriate GPO to use when existing contract ends.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting or Finance.2. Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial analysis and financial projections.3. Excellent communication skills4. Proficient in Windows based PC and business software applications, i.e., Lawson, Meditech, Hyperion, Microsoft Office.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $66,560.00 to $97,760.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
