Responsibilities

The HR Assistant processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9/E-Verify. Will manage staff certifications, licenses, and other required credentials. Keeps personnel records up to date. Assists with hospital recognition programs and assists employees with general Human Resources questions.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must have strong communication and customer service skills
  • General office and/or Personnel related experience is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Ability to excel in a faced paced, multitasked environment.
