Responsibilities

  • Facilities Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the dept. on a daily, routine basis
  • Facilities Service Coordinator works with the department director/manager, Administrative team members and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation
  • Communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors
  • Input and retrieve computerized data.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years experience in secretarial duties or Facilities repair & maintenance operations.
  • Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Preventative Maintenance System, etc).
  • Proficient with computer systems related to Security equipment (ID badge & camera systems)
