Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Delaware office. This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in New Castle and Kent Counties.

Requirements:

• Valid RN License
• Physical
• MMR or Titers
• CPR
• Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one care in the home
• Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
