Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is currently looking for a reliable and compassionate CNA’s or HHA’s to join our Claymont, DE office for overnight referrals. This office services pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in New Castle and Kent Counties.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing one-to-one care in the home

Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse

Following the plan of care

Following all clinical and office policies

Job Requirements:

Valid DE CNA Certificate (HHA Certificates must have 75 hours of course work completed)
