Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, Inc. is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Claymont, DE office. This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in New Castle and Kent County.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License
• Physical 
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR (BLS Provider)

Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one care in the home
• Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
