Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is currently looking for a reliable and compassionate HHA’s to join our Claymont, DE office. This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in New Castle and Kent Counties.

HHA Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing one-to-one care in the home

Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse

Following the plan of care

Following all clinical and office policies

CNA Job Requirements:

Valid DE HHA Certificate (HHA Certificates must have 75 hours of course work completed)
