Requirements:

• Active Home Health Aide Certificate with 75 hours of hands on training
• Physical
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities:

• One-to-one care in the home
• Direction taken by clinical team and overseen by a Registered Nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
