The Field Recruiter / Trainer performs various functions regarding field operations for our Raleigh Branch. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and knowledgeable of our business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment cycle of new hires.
• Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via the applicant tracking system.
• Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires.
• Serve as mentor/liaison between the new hire and manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Experience

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Strong interpersonal kills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the drywall business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting.
