Are you detail-oriented, a natural leader, and ready to help create a clean, welcoming environment for customers and team members alike? We’re looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and smooth daily operations.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll support the Housekeeping Supervisor in overseeing housekeeping staff, ensuring high cleanliness standards, and keeping things running like clockwork.

Whether it’s inspecting work quality, or lending a hand during high-occupancy periods, you’ll be a key part of our facility’s first impression — and lasting one.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day housekeeping operations
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to training, cleaning, and inspecting
• Ensure all rooms of facility and common areas meet cleanliness and PCMS quality standard
• Conduct daily inspections and maintain supply inventories
• Help resolve Housekeeping staff concerns quickly and professionally
• Support the team during peak hours, weekends, and holidays

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial services (1+ year in a supervisory or lead role preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness
• Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
