Functions as primary support to the Director of Sales or property; has overall responsibility for achieving property revenue goals, team booking pace goals, guest and associate satisfaction and the financial performance of the department in each participating property.Position assists in managing on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.Evaluates and supports the hotel’s participation in the various sales channels, Market Sales, Event Booking Centers, Revenue Management, electronic channels, etc. and develops strong working relationships to maximize hotel’s benefits.Proactively positions and markets each property; manages the marketing budgets to enable development of hotel specific campaigns, promotions, collateral, etc. to drive revenue and meet business objectives.
