DESCRIPTION: MSK TriTech Group, LLC (MSK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Patricio Enterprises, is looking to fill a Senior Operations Analyst position at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Advise on the effect of intelligence surveillance reconnaissance (ISR) systems on aerostats.
• Advise on operational procedures and reporting tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify and assist in resolving operations-related and mission-critical issues affecting Warfighter support, and assist leadership with refinement of aerostat operational procedures.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be able to brief / instruct in a large or small group setting.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Must be able to work on many different projects at one time.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
• Operational knowledge of SharePoint is desired.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• 10 or more years in experience in managing a military or civilian operations setting.
• BA/BS or higher.
• An additional 8 years experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
• Masters degree or higher may be substituted for 4 years of experience, as long as the degree is in a related field.
• Expertise with flight requirements for aerostats (20M or larger), including knowledge of flight certifications and flight parameters (Desired).

This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Deploy CONUS/OCONUS.  Travel by surface and air to austere locations with widely ranging climatic conditions.
