Member Navigator & Engagement Coordinator

The PALM Health Navigator & Engagement Coordinator is focused on maximizing client satisfaction and retention through personalized care, well-organized and executed engagement strategies, and strong attention to detail. This team member will be responsible for the onboarding processes, scheduling & engagement support, and retention efforts of all PALM Executive and Intensive Membership Program participants. This role works closely with the Medical & Wellness Providers, the Medical Admin team, and Reception team, to assure seamless and best-in-class service for the membership program participants. This role requires sound active listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multi-task, to oversee complex scheduling, to anticipate others’ needs, to problem-solve, and to listen to and work with others with empathy and integrity. The Navigator & Engagement Coordinator works as an integrated role within the Navigation department, and supports sales, all member engagement, and service excellence needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum three (3) years’ Customer Service experience and/or Care Coordination, preferably in health and wellness (required)
