Position Description: The OneLegacy Program Manager, Hospital Partnerships (PMHP) is responsible to represent OneLegacy in assigned hospitals and partners with all hospitals within the designated service area (DSA) to maximize the potential for organ and tissue donation. The PMHP maintains the hospital’s outcome data and communicates all data and missed donation opportunities for quality improvement to the appropriate hospital team members(s). The PMHP partners with key administration and hospital team members to develop policies and procedures, implements strategies to increase referrals and improve performance outcomes in organ and tissue donation in assigned hospital(s).

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or at least two (2) years previous experience in the same or similar position with an organ procurement organization is preferred; Experience in presenting information to upper management, physicians/nurses, public groups, boards of directors, and committees; Experience in assessing challenging organizational and personal impediments to change and development of strategies to overcome these; Experience in analyzing and interpreting data, solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; and creative and critical thinking skills, designing concepts and organizing effectively to motivate others. A current California driver’s license, auto insurance based on California minimal insurance coverage standards and reliable automotive transportation is required. As a Donation Development Coordinator, you will educate and facilitate education and partnerships in Intensive Care Units and Emergency Departments for potential organ and tissue donation. You will interact with the multi-disciplinary hospital care team to help facilitate the donation process.

Salary Range

$70,000.00 to $91,360.00
