Overview
We are seeking a talented and energetic TS/SCI w/ FS Poly cleared Program Manager who will interface with customers on a regular basis and provide technical leadership for key company projects.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and overall support and management of the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and training for multiple government customer programs.
Duties Include
- Work with Government contracting officer’s technical representative (COTR), contracting officer (KO), and program stakeholders to manage task orders and ensure that technical solutions are delivered while achieving financial, schedule, and quality goals.
- Work closely with the customer and other stakeholders to facilitate effective planning and accomplishment of critical objectives in a timely manner.
- Responsible for timely and successful completion of all deliverables and program activities.
- Assist customer stakeholders as needed in defining their technical needs/requirements.
- Create, maintain, and deliver an Action Item tracker report for all the projects and activities.
- Participate in project reviews/meetings with the customer and stakeholders, including Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM’s) and attend all TDY In-briefs and Out-briefs.
- Provide/draft/present as required, weekly status reports on work performed, Monthly Contract Status Reviews (MCSR’s), and Program Management Reviews (PMR’s).
- Track and maintain cost and performance metrics.
- Project locations are OCONUS and may occasionally require limited travel.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a current TS/SCI w/ FS Poly security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in project management.
- Ability to obtain a medical clearance.
- Excellent writing and communication skills. Experience in preparing and presenting oral and written briefings.
- Experience leading a team on large technical projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytic and qualitative eye for reasoning.
Desirable Qualifications
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- BS in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent.
- 5 years in probe-based collection systems development and engineering.
- Experience with OCONUS travel for installation of probe systems.
- Experience analyzing new/complex project-related problems and developing innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components.
- Experience in mobile communications technology.
