The CQI Analyst gathers, analyzes, and reports data for the Compliance, Quality, and Improvement department (CQI) and mantains One Hope United’s closed records.
Job Duties Include:
- Designs systems to be used in maintaining and reporting continuous quality improvement data (i.e., consumer surveys, record reviews, outcomes, etc.)
- Performs routine data procedures including data entry, maintenance, monitoring, and analysis of all data collected through CQI processes
- Identifies and highlights areas of improvement through data analysis to initiate or support Plan Do Study Act projects
- Identifies and highlights program strengths through data analysis that can be implemented to improve outcomes
- Supports the CQI team and operations by providing continuous quality improvement information in a timely manner and in a format which clearly identifies issues and can be applied to solve problems
- Ensures the integrity of all data collected through the continuous quality improvement activities
- Updates continuous quality improvement data collection forms in order to be compatible with data base entry (with the assistance of the CQI Coordinators and Managers)
- Maintains organization of the continuous quality improvement resources located on the CQI shared network drive (i.e., program numbers, review tools, required review numbers, etc.)
- Collects, analyzes, and reports on the continuous quality improvement departmental outcomes on a monthly, quarterly, annually, and on an as-requested basis
- Utilizes client management systems (SACWIS, SDS, etc.) to obtain data and produce reports that will improve services to children and families
- Coordinates ongoing COA accreditation efforts
- Performs other related duties as required
* Job location: Currently 60% remote, 2 days/week at Wabash Office, Chicago
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's in data science or related is required; Will consider social services degree with data analysis and data collection experience
Bachelors/Masters in Data Science or related field is preferred
Experience
2 years of experience in data science, data collection, and analysis
Other
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record with OHU required levels of coverage for auto insurance
