Primary Responsibilities
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Responsible for selling products, fielding questions, and resolving customer complaints.
- Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts.
- Gives sales presentations, submits orders, and submits activity and results reports to superiors.
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies
- Requires a significant amount analysis.
- Requires that complex problems are anticipated, identified, defined.Once the problem is clarified, alternatives and recommendations must then be developed.
- Work requires subject matter expert or administrative, technical or operating procedures.
