As Vice President, Quality, you’ll play a crucial role shaping the organization's overall direction and success. You'll lead the Quality function for a group of global business units. You’ll provide strategic leadership and contribute to the development and execution of Novanta’s overall strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining a quality management system that meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Setting strategic goals, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving quality-related initiatives aligned with Novanta’s vision and mission.
- Leading and developing a team of multi-disciplinary quality professionals across a group of global business units.
- Analyzing complex problems, evaluating risks, and developing effective strategies to overcome challenges.
- Adapting to evolving market and regulatory dynamics, and championing innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate extensive experience in quality management with a history of consistently enhancing quality performance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement best-in-class quality assurance methodologies, tools, policies and procedures.
- Possess excellent business acumen and a deep understanding of the industries in which we operate.
- Success driving organizational change.
- Able to collaborate and influence effectively cross-functionally and across business units.
