Job Summary:
A Facilities Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of equipment and machinery maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory. They liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure necessary supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner. Additionally, they may be responsible for conducting routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any defects or malfunctions that may require attention. The Facilities Maintenance Clerk plays a key role in the smooth operation of a maintenance department, ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and up to date with all scheduled routine checks and repairs.
Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for carrying out a range of administrative duties necessary to ensure the efficient running of the maintenance department. This includes updating and maintaining records, scheduling maintenance activities and liaising with the relevant personnel. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. They must also have the ability to use a range of computer software and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range: $18.50 to $23.04
