Essential Job Functions: 

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and components.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in machinery and equipment.
• Proficient in welding and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and electrical systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring employees.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols.
• Understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety policies.
• Repair and maintain all hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic equipment and machinery
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5 years of experience working on production/manufacturing equipment, forklifts, heavy equipment, and general machinery within the maintenance arena (required)
• 5 years of experience in preventative maintenance and diagnostic of electrical and mechanical components/equipment (required)
• Prior experience or certification in hydraulics, welding, and electrical (required)
